Customer service representative

We are a contemporary women’s brand looking for a punctual and reliable customer service representative to perform the following duties:
1. Notify customers of incoming orders and coordinate shipment schedules; request for approvals to ship and credit card information
2. Process credit card transactions and raise invoices
3. Create ship labels using FedEx ship manager or ups world ship
4. Issue return authorizations and credit memos
5. Research ship errors and troubleshoot customer service concerns
6. Maintain and update reports on open order status
7. Assist in miscellaneous projects as assigned by management

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in fashion wholesale/apparel manufacturing and possess the following:
-pleasing phone demeanor
-an independent self starter as well as a strong team player
-must be fluent in English (oral and written)
-organized with attention to detail
-punctual and reliable with reliable transportation, the position is in Los Angeles
-maintain a level of privacy and confidentiality on customer information and company procedures
